When I was on antidepressants and antipsychotics they actually severely 'numbed' any type of high.
The way antipyschotics work is by regulating dopamine...antideppresants work by regulating the uptake of seritonin(and some norepinephrine).
Cannabiniods work by inhibiting your brain to increase levels of both the chemicals, so yes abilify+cannabis can cause some weird 'reactions' in some people.
For me it really 'dulled' or 'numbed' the experience of ANY psychoactive drug. If I ever tried taking MDMA while on those medications I wouldn't even roll! I'd have to take twice as much to get half the effect of my friends. However, some people have the complete opposite experience and any drug will be potentiated by the medication.
