Hi victoryou,
GDP is one Indica that does help me relax. It should be available on the streets in Cali. Really like this version its great and under $200. an oz. for MMJ patients in CA.

Characteristics: Sun Grown. 18.8% THC 4.4% CBD
Please post if you find a good one for severe muscle spasms. Lower back for me.
Baclofen, Flexeril, Oxy....no relief.....lower back spams..... OK....all of the pills wood work if I were willing to take large doses multiple times a day. I see each one as poison....a necessary evil (last resort) for times of immobility due to pain.
