Weed growing slow

hello everyone i am currently doing my first grow and my plant is about 3 feet tall and 3 weeks into flowering stage they are growing outside and the weather is from 60 to 70 degress but my plant looks like it has barley done anything the pistils are turning purple along with the leaves around it is this good or what is happening?

3 weeks into flowering? it doesnt sound like it will have loign enough to finish unless your in the southern hemisphere, once it gets cold your done for, its turning purple because of the cool temperatures.

Just let it ride it is out of your hands at tHis point keep on flowering nuets and take notes for next year
