week 5 flower pruning

im reminded the value of training to have a more even canopy, since my light coverage is limited in my 2x4 space

wondering if any of y'all prune this late into flower to open the canopy up to more bud sites?
she's been pretty tolerant so far to my pruning

i'm concerned that i could prune her a little more from the bottom because of the shading

using the standard GH line with calmag, blue plant nutrient's liquid seaweed, some epsom salt
74.5f water temp
575 ppm with 250 ppm tap water
i don't see how people get 750-1250 ppms, the lack of DO is probably a factor in my grow?

moved her fairly late in veg from a 5 gallon to this container

i've been nearly following the bottle's feed instructions

i have another pump on the way for more DO since the roots aren't spreading as wide as i'd like to see

imo week 5 is late to be doing prunning and lollypoping. You need to get that undergrowth out sooner so that the canopy builds up more. Just my 2 cents

I’d be careful with those high temps best temp for dwc is 68 or lower for best oxygen after I think 71 degrees it decreases significantly

Quite a fat stalk on that one. Could use some bottom lighting though, LEDs pointing upward.
