Weird growth and damaged leaves. Please HELP!!

What’s goin on growmies! I have 3 autos going right now and I’m a little stumped. So my 2 bigger plants look like there is a bug problem but I’m almost certain it’s not. I’ve done a thorough search for pest to find none. This has been forming for the past week or so at first I thought maybe it was due to genetics because the two bigger plants are from a different breeder than my smaller one but I don’t think it’s that either (although the smaller plant looks way better). So I’m here to get some help from you guys/gals. What do you think is the issue? My girls are definitely not happy with me right Now!! You can tell in the pictures. What can I maybe do to fix it. Do you have a fan too close or too high? That damage seems to come from an external stimuli, you said no bugs? What else touches it...air. The sporadic growth could be because they are being jostled all the time I'd think. I'm not noticing deficiency or anything. I'm not expert but I think I've seen similar behavior when I had been kind of wind burning them I think. Just a thought.
 
Looks like mechanical damage. Nothing to worry about if you don’t have bugs. Maybe a little rough touching when those leaves were just developing.

i do have a Honeywell blowing right on them! Not oscillating either!
