weird leaf discoloration. any guesses?

The leaf on one of my Jacky White plants has a little discoloration near the tip. its kind of splotchy and looks kind of grainy when you look at up close almost like salt and pepper (white and brownish). haha. sorry for the vague discription. any ideas? oh yeah and sorry for the crappy picture.

What kind of help are you expecting from that kind of picture and description?

Looks like too much purple nutrients to me. Just try toning that down a bit. Whats your setup like?
