Weird plants. Fat round waxy leaves, and only 3 blades per leaf.

This was the title of a previous thread of someone who seemed to be experiencing similar to what I am currently, but he never responded to what happened later on.

Anyways, I have 10 chernobyl clones in my grow tent currently. They all are between 8-10 inches, and all have wide, three-bladed leaves. The lower leaves that were intact when I rooted the clones are 5 and 7 bladed. Half the clones were taken from their mothers (YES THEY ARE ALL MOTHERS) about midway through veg and the other 5 were taken during the 1st week of flowering for their mothers. But all 10 are experiencing the same thing so I don't think it's stress from being taken during flowering. I don't have a meter yet, but humidity might be on the higher end. I feel like this could be part of it. I'm still getting the timer dialed but they should be 20/4. Should I drop it down to 18/6? Last thing is the lighting. I have (2) 175 watt equivalent cfl's and (2) 63 watt equivalent cfl's. I don't plan to keep them under those for the entire grow for sure. I'm planning to get (2) HYDROGROW 63w Led Penetrators. It's a matter of funds right now. Hopefully be able to buy one of them within a few weeks or so and the second one probably a few weeks after that. But is lack of light the problem? I need any advice I can get because these plants definitely don't resemble their mom's at all as for appearance. Help me figure this out, please ;)

I'll post pics later tonight. Sorry homework right now.
