Weird spot on leaf any suggestions

Like the title says I noticed a white spot with a hole on a bottom fan leaf and also some what looks like possible mildew or something near the base of the leaves where the stem meets...if that makes sense lol. Plants are outside weather has been windy and I've been bringing them inside at night to help keep them warm the past 2 days. They are also into the 2nd week of flower. Should I worry or is this no big deal. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated thanks for your time.

I wouldn't worry - looks good. If you want to be a bit more proactive, you could spray it with some mild insecticidal / mold & mildew prevention soap - maybe something from the Safers brand..

But yea, otherwise, looks good and wouldn't worry unless it gets worse / spreads..

Thanks, and yea nothing has spread or gotten any bigger so I'm thinking I'm good. Gonna pick up something like neem oil or however you spell it tomorrow just for preventative measures.
