well read but first time grow

So this is my first time growing. My buddy gave me a couple king kush clones about seven weeks ago and I'm now on my 16th day of flower. I used lst in veg, and minor defoliating during flower so far. I'm just wondering what you guys think. How do they look?? Any idea on yield?

How many plants are in that picture? Did you do any training on them?

Also its impossible to estimate yields, and you will most likely get the answer "about a pound", its sarcastic. You should have a decent yield though.

It's two plants though. The top two pictures are one plant, and the bottom two are the second plant.

And as far as training, I tied the tops to the side of my buckets and then continued to tie branches until I had multiple tops. Once in flower, more shoots shot up and I ended up with seven even colas on one plant, and 5 on the other with the rest of the bud sites right underneath
