I took this from the GH website, I am just using their products as an example.
"If your tap water is over 200 ppm (or contains Calcium above 70 ppm), use Flora Micro Hardwater. If your water contains 30 to 50 ppm Calcium, you can mix our original Flora Micro with Flora Micro Hardwater to create a perfect Micro blend for your plants."
If you can test for Calcium (some well water is very calcium rich, look at your pipes) then I would advise to do so. Do you have a Hardwater system in your home already, for the drinking water? If so, use a hardwater mix. If not, I would (my opinion) still use the Hardwater micro.
5.9 pH is kind of low, mine is just about 6.8, and it's well water. Have you tested it multiple times, preferably with a different meter? Make sure all your instruments are calibrated (I'm sure you have already) and test again. If it creeps below 150, I would say you can get away with using the regular Micro. Personally, my water is usually 130 out of the tap, and I use regular.
As for the pH, marijuana likes a pH below 6, for Hydro at least. Seems that you would be able to use that, just make sure that the pH doesn't drop too much when you add the nutrients.
