You mean Liberty Caps? Psilocybe semilanceata?
You also have Panaeolus cinctulus but that one is only psychoactive in the states. Mostly contains serotonin and baeocystin, supposed to be a new strain called "Germanica" first spotted 2014 I think.
There's also Wavy Caps (Psilocybe cyanescens) growing on woodchips.

Those are Liberty Caps! Actually third most potent Psilocybe mushroom globally. 3g is like 5-6g regular Cubensis. Cubes is warmer and more gentle in effect.
Some people say you learn about the universe from small mushroom and about yourself on bigger ones.
For me it's just dose dependent. I like heroic doses better on Cubensis, seem better for the CNS overall and the peak is half an hour instead of maybe 2 hours.

Dosage wise, if I take 50 of these I'm on top of the world everything is bright with visual traces around everything & make me giggle my head off at anything. They really nice to work with. I've been using them every other day for last cuple of weeks & built up no tollarance of yet. But the best thing is the cum down not a care in the world. They have definitely helped with my depression. It's the best I've felt all year.

That is awesome! Yes I've been microdosing 3 days a week for years. It's very healthy to combine small dose Hericium (Lions mane mushroom), liberty caps and vitamin B3. Most promising thing for neurogenesis. Mushrooms put your feet firmly on the ground and keeps the doctor away.

Can u explain a bit more about vitamin B3 as I've never heard of using vitamin B3 with mushrooms?

Niacin(vitamin B3) has the ability to activate the peripheral nervous system and therefore lenghten the duration and effect. The body mind connection becomes stronger.
Paul Stamet talks alot about this stack in his NLPS protocols (Niacin - Lions Mane- Psilocybe protocol.)

Wow I never heard of that b4 but I will be picking up sum vitamin B3 tomorrow so I can try that out. Thanks for the knowledge. I shall be reading up on this.
