What am I doing wrong with my air intake / exhaust setup?

This is probably a dumb question to most of you but I just can't figure out what is going on. I am almost at the point where I would pay for some help to fix the room up right  .....

I have a 4ft wide x 8 ft long x 8 ft tall room. I am having one heck of a time keeping the temperature low enough. The current temperature on a roughly 78 degree day is 91 - 104 degrees. The room has been sealed off and I have 2-6" holes with 2-250cfm inline fans (the type you put inline for ducting, which does not give a lot of pressure to them). The exhaust is an 8" fan that is pulling 500cfm which is mounted on the top of the encloser to exhaust hot air, the ducting to it is approximately 10 feet long which has a 6"-250cfm fan inline to help pull out the hot air. In the room I have a 8" stationary fan blowing air up to the exhaust and a 8" oscillating fan on the other end of the room to blow on the plants to keep from stale air forming around the plants. I also have a couple of gallon jugs of sugar / yeast for Co2 although it is worthless with the hot temperature as the process of breaking down the sugar is wasted at such a high temperature.

I have a 1000watt HPS light which is sealed. I have a 8" 600cfm axial fan (computer fan) blowing into the light and the intake is from one of the 6" holes on the bottom of the encloser. It is not in the drawing but is mounted directly onto the intake side of the fan.

The light exhaust is put into a 'T' on the light. Withouht the light fan the exhaust did not feel to have a suction, although with the light put into the system it blows hot air out the exhaust end that is supposed to be used for sucking.

My question is is there some form of duct work I can install at the sucking end of the exhaust to prevent the fan from blowing out where the hot air is supposed to be sucking through the exhaust. Or do I need to figure out a different routing system to pull hot air out and pull fresh colder air in?

The outside temperature was measured at 78 degrees and at that point the temperature was 94.5 degrees. Please help a fellow green card holder out to be able to start my own crop. I appreciate any help. Also an A/C machine works but continually runs and it seems to be a heat issue with the duct work I currently have. I have a carbon scrubber I am also going to be install so keep that into consideration to aid in ridding the smell during flowering.
