I dn't understand. You say that some are showing thee signs, but then post a picture of a plant you say is ok.

Why not post a picture of a plant with problems, we can hardly help if you post a picture of a plant that is ok.

3 pictures loaded, but first two are hidden in his text (scroll over 'View attachment 3311907' to see).

Showing some signs of heat stress and probably need to start in a seedling soil next time.

Looks good. I would have centered that one plant in the center of the pot. When you transplant, center it a little better and bury it two inches below the lowest leaves. Soil looks a little wet. Maybe you just watered. It might have fallen out of center, by not being close enough to the light. That could cause stretch. Is there calcium in your tap water? I use RO and add Ca, but it doesn't look like you have a problem with nutrients. Maybe add some silica to strengthen your stalk, so it doesn't fall over. I would get 50ppm of silica in there. You could prop her up with a chop stick.

They dont look too bad, just a bit weak, a bit top heavy.

Support tbose stems and it will soon sort itself out. I tend to cut a straw longways and just wrap it around and then push it into the soil, suports it long enough until it can hold its own weight (dont have the straw on for too long though as the stem will sweat and go mouldy)
