What are these big brown spots on my leaves?? Please Help! Pictures included

Plant is in its 14th week of growth. Gets about 8 hrs of sunlight / day. These spots are starting to appear on the lower leaf sets. Anyone know what is causing this??

Make sure you repot before flowering or this stress will get worse. Also i notice alot of stem, caused by too hot and/or poor lighting.

Okay I just transplanted 4 days ago and it's 90 degrees here, you think that's what it is?
