Hi I trapped some critters and could.use a little.help in identifying them.
What are these bugs that i trapped?

I'll hazard a guess and say fungus gnats. Keep using the sticky traps, let the top of the soil dry out and/or cover with something like hydroton and try watering from the bottom for a while.

I was having trouble figuring out if they are fungus gnats or adult root aphids.
