What beneficials to use with RDWC? Or go sterile?

I'm running a rdwc system with ro water, chiller and use the jacks 321 nutrient line. I've been using tribus but it's to expensive and I'm looking for a cheaper alternative. What would happen if i use no beneficials or sterile solutions?

Southern Ag. Same thing as hydroguard and more concentrated but also cheaper. Also running that with 321 with zero issues.

Definitely sterile. I got back into growing after a 20 year hiatus and I started with bennies. After that first grow, I switched to sterile and have no regrets. A system with bennies requires way too many bottle of this and that. Sterile cuts it down to your base nutes, some cal-mag and something to keep things clean like 29 percent H202, Southern AG, pool shock etc. If you don't use bennies or a sterile system, you're going to have nothing but issues.

I'm trying to keep everything really simple with the least amount of products. Since i run a chiller i thought is not that big of an issue other than salt build up (problem that might arise down the road). If you only had to use 1 product other than the jacks 321 line up what would it be?

Since I don't use Jack's 321 lineup, I can't really say anything other than I use Advanced Nutrients Sensi Bloom for both veg and flower. I use their cal-mag and then 29% H2O2 every three or four days. One bottle of each has lasted me six single plant grows over the past year. Not too bad for 50 bucks.

I’ve had great success with Southern AG GFF. Its the cheapest route & a little goes a long way!
