What can i do with my dimensions

i have a little cabinet-type thing that would be nice for a stealth box. it measures: 13" deep, 48" tall, 21" wide.

what is possible with these dimensions? i'm guessing a hydroponic system is out of the question. CFL lights are probably what i'm going to use. how many soil plants could i fit in this thing?

2 is the most you'll want bro, when they get bigger they'll need the extra space. I have a plant about to harvest in a 2x1x1 box lol it is so small but sooooo stealthy!
