What color of LED lights to use for seedlings?

Hello, while it rains this week I can't put my seedlings outside
but I want to keep them happy with light.

I am not interested into setting up grow op or spending lots of money,
I wonder what color of LED lights is better for seedlings.

Would warm (about 3200 k) or cool (about 5000 k) white be best?

For vegging you’ll be fine with T5HO bulbs or CFL’s honestly.
6500-4000K colour is great for veg.

If you have your mind set on leds don’t pay a lot and don’t get purple ones.
Get a quality 6500-4000k maybe with some added reds.
You’d honestly be fine with some 10watt Led house bulbs if your just keeping them on cycle until they head outside.

Yes, I was thinking of 3 ordinary LED lights to give them a bit more energy.
You say that more red is better.
Would that not mean to get the lower kelvin lights?

If you buy off Amazon or a premade unit most of them are a mix of 6500-5500 chips,2700-3000 chips and a couple 660nm red mixed in. Which makes a average spectrum of 4000k
If you were to buy one I was just saying look for that and not a purple’blurple’ unit

But you’ll be fine with 6500,6000,5500,5000,4000k led house bulbs for vegging until you get them outside
