What distributor and strains are best for high tolerance moving to homemade polm?

So I want to do one grow a year roughly 20 ounces of frosty potent bud and with it make a bar of polm this will do me about a year hopefully .
My plan is to pull out the tent once a year and make a bar . Then pack it all up until next harvest

Problem is high tolerance to weed itself so I'm hoping to get some top notch strains to make polm .

Can anyone make any suggestions . I am UK based but can obviously shop around .I'm looking for roughly 4 strains

What you into indica dom or sativa dom weed or both ?
 
Having 1 plant hit 20 ounces isn't the easiest to do. If you are an experienced grower then you know whats up.

My suggestion would be look for chem/stardawg/og strains/crosses. Or hash plant.

But popping a seed and growing out a new plant everytime will give you wildly different phenos due to genetic possibilities. Certain strains/crosses have been worked better than others.

Since you're in Europe I'd recommend Karma genetics. Headbanger, biker kush or really anything he offers will provide reliable strong dank.
 
What the heck is polm? Hash? That a new one for me.

having a couple varieties should help keep your tolerance lower.
