What do you do with your growing media when you are done?

I reuse it. If it's soil I amend it with more organic stuff. Kelp, alfalfa, azomite, bone meal, shellfish meal, etc... Then I bag it up and let it sit for a couple months or so. If it's coco I shake as much off of the rootball that I can then rinse it thoroughly before soaking it in a mild nutrient solution to buffer and charge it. I then let it drain in nursery pots before bagging it up as well. I've just started doing this the last couple of years. Before that everything went into the vegetable garden. Which was a mistake because now I have perlite everywhere which isn't that great for growing root vegetables. I so despise perlite these days. I'll never buy that stuff again.

I have some plants about 6 weeks into flower growing in the reused amended soil and they're growing just fine. Some people say not to reuse soil or coco but if you process it properly there is absolutely nothing wrong with reusing it.
