what do you guys do if a leaf cracks?

one of the leafs that had the yellow spots on my plant from accidently dropping water on them had cracked today during watering and im wondering if i just leave it there or what its one of the first leaves that sprouted on the berry bottom i also noticed my stems are realy red what is this from? overwattering or underwattering?

sometimes leaves get old and die. don't tell anyone but you can probably get away with removing one damaged leaf. if a leaf is more than 50% dead i will remove it.

pics sure would help. I wouldnt worry too much about the leaf at all. the red could be anything, it may be the strain yr growing, again pics would help more.

well its just the tip of the leaf that has a crack part way across the tip.
