What do you guys use for curing and long term storage?

First time grower here, White Widow on week 5 of flowering.
What are your recommendations for curing and long time storage?
I started growing for my wifes medical conditions, she has liver failure, along with alot of other medical conditions. She can't take pain meds because of the liver and she is in pain all the time. Not sure how much we will get out of this grow, but I'm sure it will last us a long time. So I was thinking Grove Bags for curing, seem to be easiest for newbie, and Mason Jars for storage. I will keep them in closet under stairs, dark and cool location. Here's pics of what I've been looking at so far.

My wife is in charge of curing. We use amber Mason jars with Boveda 62 percent humidity packs for curing. When we need to store the flowers long-term we put them in Alovian pouches.

When you use those Boveda humidity packs, do you not have to burp the jars?

Did Grove Bags this year and was quite happy with the result. Had a few where the zip separated from the bag itself, but defect aside, flavor and aroma were superior to jars in my humble opinion.
