What happened to my girl?? Did she turn hermie?

Ok so I know my boy KG is going to be frustrated with me cause I'm asking another hermie ? but this plant has shown a lot of signs of stress and I believe has finally succumbed to the dark side. I'm not certain what the environmental stresses have been but I suspect it may have been too close to the LED's. Either that or maybe some mold got at her. Whaddu all think .... ?
Btw, I do have another, thriving girl that's been under the exact environment since seedling. These are bag seeds ...

It hermied. ..has both male and female parts....bad seed..genetics or just wanted to flip to the dark side. If you dont want seed in weed... time to get rid of it.

Thanks for the confirm, Lime - I had thought so. It's too bad too, the plant's structure looked like it'd have nice dense long colas. Ah well ... I'll isolate, flush and cure and see if it's worth keeping. Peace!
