If you grow a photoperiod in veg state and it gets root bound in the pot what happends to the plant? Will it keep growing or stop? And how much time do you have to re-pot it after it gets root bound before its to late?

In my experience, there's no discernible difference in yields when growing in 1.5 gallon, 3, or 5 gallon fabric pots.
The only distinction is that the smaller pot size needs more frequent fertigation.

Grows taller and spindly, longer nodes, less leaves, cannibalizes lower leaves to compensate for top/new growth.
Same as above.
It's really only a thing in small pots.
Depends very much on your substrate and grow method too. Hydroponics pot size doesn't matter nearly as much in the right circumstance.
Organics is where pot size really does matter a lot.
Like dead? A long time, maybe never.
It's never too late to up pot in veg. If the plant's grown tall you can always prune it to size.

In my own experience, no. You get a tall plant with little branching.
If a plant's been rootbound awhile it'll be obvious.
