What if a patient chooses another Caregiver?

I was curious if any of you knew what happens when a patient chooses a new Caregiver and you just paid to be their Caregiver? Do you get something in the mail saying they switched Caregivers?

I ask because I became a Caregiver for a dude about 3 months ago and he has NEVER come to me for meds. Which I found odd. Im not 100% sure he has gotten meds from anyone but was curious if there are patients out there just hopping from Caregiver to Caregiver (hoping someone gives them something free. i don't) and if there is a way to track that?

in michigan you get a letter in themail that says you have been dropped as their caregiver. It does seem weird that no meds have been asked for in 3 months.

This is why you need a contract with a 30 notice of sorts as well as make them pay the $200app for dhs. If they really need a caregiver and you are really a good grower it shouldn't be a problem

Very important to know the patient and have a set agreement!!

I grow for one patient!!! I am not their caregiver.. We arraigned to grow in the same facility.... i maintain the OP.. She receives free meds and helps pay for costs of OP!!
In my opinion, that is the way to roll!!!

Wrote up an agreement...

Very honest folks will not have a problem signing a contract if they plan to abide by it!!

Phx, i agrre wth you and thats what I have done. Had my friend sign a letter stating that he is authorized to cultivate and chooses to do all of his cultivation in my room - after all he built it. I post that signed letter with a copy of his card in the grow room. He does not pay me anything we just split costs and harvests. I actually contacted ADHS about this and without giving me legal advice said this arrangement was well within the spirit of the law.

I believe this is the way to roll!!!

I have not ask anyone about how legal the agreement is but it is definitely within the realm of the law...

Remember!!! Do NOT fall victim to justice.. Know the laws!!!

There is NO exchange of money for useable medicine! Other patient only provides supplies to maintain a crop!! Nothing more nothing Less!!

This way and size as long as nothing of value is exchanged for the marijuana and the nutes are given durring the grow not after to pick up their "cut"
Its a little tricky with the wording at times but you guys seem to get it

I honestly think the lawyers for these clubs are banking on these guys with the thought that they could keep them out of jail because the law is so new not because they are legit.. I'm telling you they are not.. these are the same guys that if dhs did start the dispensary program and the clubs that turned into dispensarys they would be saying the same shit and they would be trying to shut down all the clubs that were still "clubs"

+ look at these guys running the clubs and how much drama they ahave brought into the mmj sceen in az alreaddy and they really think they are the shit..
