I agree from personal experience that you can use FFOF from seedling as long as you don't use nutes. if you use nutes you wasted a seed or possibly a clone. Now if you mix one part FFOF one part Happy Frog and one part Promix BX Pro and a little more perlite, that is a very nice mix for somebody worried about their first or few subsequent grows. good luck!

I dont use any nutes till i have 3 nodes sometimes 4 and i introduce very deluted nutes at first ease the plants into the nutes

I use foxfarms lucky dog and I use nutes as soon as the plants tells me they need them and haven't had any type of problems with nute burn I think it's got less in it than the ffof but it good stuff too

Fox Farms Ocean Forest for me from start to finish (with a little extra added perlite). I dont do any transplanting either. When they sprout, they go right into the 5 gallon buckets of FFOF under the MH. Been doing it that way for years. No nutes for first 4 weeks. Ive never had a problem and never over-nutified.

I use happy frog and ocean forest. My northern lights are thriving in the Ocean Forest.

Hey just throwing my hat into the rink here. I use moonshine man mix organic soil recipe that consists of
1 cubic ft FF Organic planting mix
1 1/2 cubic ft FF Ocean forest
1 bag FF Light Warrior
8-10 quart perlite
With a cup of Happy frog peace of mind
This mix lasts me from start to finish with only water and a few transplants.
