I've seen a few people say kind led, and a few day timber. But kind is alot cheaper than timber so one would assume timber would be the better out of the two. I don't mind spending for top quality, so what is the best led light out there????
Migro YouTube channel does a great review of the actual output of that still very expensive kind led. It’s pretty bad how expensively inefficient that lamp is. But it looks pretty and very techy.
Go with efficiency and cobs or quantum’s seem to have it. I’m using hlg and an electric sky

Hlg for boards and at worst if Money is tight check eBay for cheap drivers, if not boards sometimes idiots I mean people don’t know how much a driver is worth and you’ll get a lps-60 for $10 or a hlg 240 for $25
Stay the F away from KindLED. Horrible rip off for Shit technology.
This is what you're trying to go for. Maybe not this exact model, but boards, strips or COBs. This is thee cheapest fixture with legit Samsung diodes I've seen for a 4x4 space.
If you can plug in some wires and turn a screwdriver, a kit like the link I posted is going to save you literally half, if not more than half a pre-build cost.
Www.atreumlighting.com sells boards you can use to build your own as well..
I also recommend fissioning on Amazonian as I own and use them. The diode layout gives the best spread I've seen yet

Timbers lights are solid , long lasting, efficient beasts made from high quality components. Kind are old tech that are full of shit and slap a high price tag on because some poor fool will think it must be worth it.
Go to the led section, look up samsung strips, or crew, or a host of others.
I am unfamiliar with strips myself, but there are plenty of seasoned growers here who know how to use them.
Good luck.

I've got HLG 240w + 2 Chinese Quantum V2 knockoff boards (Samsung leds), total $150.
Good for 2ft x 4ft and I can squeeze 6 plants in that space, 25 plants will need at least 1,000w and a 4ft x 8ft grow area.
If you don't know anything about the lights (and think Kind LED is a good idea), 25 plants is probably a bit of an optimistic starting point.
It ain't that easy, and you can waste a lot of time and money.
No offence intended but learn your lesson there and do proper research on forums to pick lights and not google's "best LED light 2020" amazon traffic generating sites.
There's good reason you wont find more than 1 guy using a black dog or kind on the entire LED sub forum of any grow site.
You might also want to look at the lumatek zeus 600w pro.
Check genuine people on youtube like Migro who tests lights.
Id rec @Grow Lights Australia High-lights Aka prawn boards. Maybe adding a bit of coldwhite for vegetative cycle. Ive seen them (and similar spectrum lights) do better than other white lights.
I recommend Amare or HLG depending on your needs, or environment such as ceiling height if growing big plants.
I use this over a 7x4.5 for a 800ppfd (spaced my bars 8" on center) but can increase by puting the bars closer together.
It has an enhanced spectrum called Canna-Spec., second is Solar-Spec(C). A listed 2.7 umol/j efficiency @ 660w & 2.6 @900w. Gasgeted Glass IP-66 or 67 (forgot) with large heatsinks to maintain efficiency levels over time. Bunch of bells n whistles for versatility & spectrum too. Its 900w.

They're taking 25% off on pre-orders for the new Bar-6 LUV (lightweight UV) = $975 Delivered.
Its a 660w lighter weight model that folds in half or detaches with wide extrusion sinks & protective coating over the diodes.
I do not have the exact spectrum of this on hand but its basically the Canna-Spec with UVA 385nn added. X2 Remote drivers, one for veg & one for flower that can be dimmed individually to provide the spectral blend & intensity you want for the phase.
The other lights i use & can recommend are These folks.

Currently running half my room Primarily Amare & other Half primarily HLG. Some Burples & others fill the gaps. All led. .
They both yeild me high quality & (record breakers for me). My electric bill has been cut in half since hps just about & i yield quite a bit more of denser higher quality.
Both companies have good customer service & will honor their warranties.
Good Luck! Hope this helps.
