What is the fastest way to grow?

Hey I want to try and start growing for my first time.

I need help deciding, which technique is the fastest way to grow marijuana as I only have a limited time in growing:

-Hydroponics:
ebb & flow or DWC

-Soil

I also need to know which strain is the fastest growing, that has a decent amount of yield.
I've found some so far, Williams Wonder x Ruderalis and Northern Lights auto-flower

Im growing in a computer tower case and need help in what lighting I should buy.
My budget is around $50-$100. (I already have computer case, with 2 fans)

In terms of speeding along plant maturity? That's generally a personal opinion but, there is a consensus that hydroponics grows faster and soil tends to take longer but soil plants tend to be better tasting. Alot can go wrong in a hydroponics set up plus being anxious and impatient can cause serious harm or death of your plants. SO slow down and smoke a bowl. At minimum if you are starting with seed to harvest then its going to be 3 months. That's about how long even the most experienced growers get.

I have heard that aeroponics can get even shorter times. Just remember to get a indica dominant plant. They usually have a shorter flowering cycle. Mother nature gets all touchy when you try to speed her along. Hope this helps.
