What is the problem with this plant?

I started my second grow 19th day of last month, 2 White Widows growing now. Other plant seems fine but other has some kind of problem, here is some pictures:



I haven't started giving them fertilizer yet, can it be that? Also, I haven't watered that soil completely, I have only sprayed water with spray bottle. As you can see, only lower leaves seem to have that problem. They have been growing 26 days now. Other plant seems to be fine, here is picture of it:

We need a little more info like what "soil mix" you use peat, coco coir etc and what nutrients you're planning to use.

First impression is that the plant is planted in a little to big of a pot and being fed to little water and/or nutrients.

Soil is Canna Terra Professional and they are on 12,5 liter pots. I also put about 10% of vermiculite and 10% of coco fiber on soil, and that soil has perlite already added to mix. I haven't used nutrients at all at this time, but I have Bio Bizz nutrients from my first grow.

Give her 1ml of the grow at least then starting low and working up is best way she old enough to be fed also time to ditch spraying water for a jug or can or whatever
