Hello,
I can buy 27 watt CFLs from home depot that are blue spectrum Daylight CFLs. 27 watt is the biggest blue spectrum CFL I can find for vegging. I can also buy 42 watt soft white red spectrum CFLs from home depot. 42 watts is the biggest CFL I can find for flowering. That being said, how many do I buy for each stage (vegging/flowering)? Do I use both from start to finish or introduce more soft white (red spectrum) CFLs? How would you go about setting them up? I figure I was going to buy 4 27w daylight (blue spectrum) CFLs and 6 42w soft white (red spectrum) CFLs and use them simultaneously. That would make a total of 360watts and about 36,200Kelvins (20000K blue spectrum and 16200K red spectrum). Am I going about this in the wrong way? Thanks in advance.
