What is wrong with my plant?

Pictures speak much louder than words here. A little history about this one: strain is auto-flowering big bud from MSNL ... germinated successfully... sprouted in Coco mixed with Light Warrior... being still a beginner with this I realized way late that the mix I chose to sprout in was nutrient-less.. sprout was turning a severe yellow at this point and near death. I made the choice to start DWC for a list of reasons.. cleanliness and less maintenance being two of the major reasons... I transplanted from the soiless mix to the clay stones over the DWC I set up... green returned almost over night.. BUT.. plant is looking ... well.. she is looking kind of like a fern.. and not marijuana.. I do know I planted a marijuana seed for a fact. Haha.

Anyways has anyone seen this before? Will she eventually start growing normally or is this a lost cause.. we are at about 3 weeks in...

Your plant does show signs of stress. Leaves have a wrinkled look, ones twisted, another is curled up. Possible you damaged roots during transfer?

No. The roots are fine. I checked them yesterday. I should have taken a picture of the roots but forgot and will do that tonight. I am posting pics of the 2 other plants that underwent the same stress. Main difference being the other 2 are not Auto-flowering. The other 2 are Cali-Kush OG Feminized from cropkingseeds.com .... I didnt think auto-flowering genetics were so fragile but should this plant never recover and the other 2 keep at the pace they are moving.. I will probably not deal with auto-flowering strains again.. I dont have the patience to go back to soil.. DWC is just lean and clean. The learning curve is there but it is very easy to adopt and just takes a small amount of stepping outside the comfort zone of soil.

One last thing.. I topped the autoflowering plant that is showing to be challenging. At this point I figured what do I have left to lose... I will keep y'all posted on the future and development of this plant. Was hoping someone would pinpoint a specific nute that this plant looks to be missing.. doesnt seem to be a lack of nutrient problem as no one has at all identified the cause as maybe that.

We have zero knowledge of what you're feeding. Ask someone who is blind to point out yellow in a rainbow. That's where we stand.
