What is Wrong with My Plants? Please Help! (Pics Included)

hi everyone im having a problem with my plants
it might be water issue not to sure, if anyone can help me itd be greatly appreciated
it seems like the outer part of the leaves are curling up and doesnt look normal to me
the light is about 2 feet and 6 inches away from the tops


im using 600w mh
3 gal pots, clones are about 2 weeks old now


please help

it depends man, if you have good ventilation and your fixture is air-cooled you can get it 4-6in away, if not try about 1ft away. Just place your hand just above the canopy and if it gets uncomfortably warm then it's too close.

you should be able to get a 600 within a foot of your canopy if its cooled properly. i keep my 1000 about 16 inches away without glass'..... the best rule of thumb to use it to hold your hand under the light. you want to be able to hold your hand there for a good 30 seconds or so without it getting really hot and unbarrable.

If you still have this problem, and all new growth is becoming even more yellow (only tops) - maybe even white, then I would lover the PH (too high PH locks out Iron, Fe, Copper, and makes your new growth so pale it might die).

Edit: I know this was not your question, I just saw a very yellow top in you pic.
