what is wrong with my white widow

hey guys i have 8 feminized WW growing in a 2x4 ebb and flow table. The Medium is 4 inch rockwool cubes in 5 inch pots with hydroton all around the RW cubes. I have a 400w HPS in a cool tube, the temp never gets over 26c/79F. I have it flooding 5 times a day. They all seem to be loving it except for 1. The leaves are all drooping down i was thinking over watering but then all of them would be drooping so i figured i would ask on here.

it coulb be a weaker plant then the rest it could be over watering,doesnt look fert burnt,can u raise the pot up off the table so it takes less water??

i have no way of really doing that the rockwool is already sitting really high in the pot...this plant was transplanted from soil at a young age as i changed my mind on how i wanted to grow...this being my first grow so i am far from an expert
