What is wrong?

I'll post this again.Am growing under cfl's.Plants have been budding for quite some time now,but buds are not filling up and leaves are turning yellow starting at tips and drying up.I have no pictures.Whole plant feels dry and crumbly.Growing in soil.How can I save them? I have flushed them with rain water.I was using half strength super bloom,but now just rain water.HELP

They are probably turning yellow because you flushed all the nutrients out of the soil, for whatever reason. Your buds are small because more than likely, your lightning is very small. Also this is for technical support for the website, try Marijuana Plant Problems in the future.
