What light for 2 plants

What would be the best light for a small space like a tent or closet with Max dimensions of 80x80x180cm or 75x75x100cm for 2 plants was thinking like 150w hps 250 w hps or 300w dual spectrum cfl? Any one else have any other suggestions just not LEDs prices are too high. And also what would be a good tent size for 2 plants?
