What light to choose for a 80x80x160 tent

Hi, just moved to Spain and got a 80x80x160 grow tent. Planning og growing 1-2 plants.

What lighting should I use for this?

The guy in the store says max 250w, my friend says minimum 600w.

600 would be perfect. air cooled reflector and a 6 inch inline fan with speed controller and that should be all.

250w per plant maybe... go with a 600w and you wont regret it

240w LED in my 60x60x140 tent.Perfect for 2.Plus saves loads on electric bill lol

Really depends on how well you can control temps.

Theres enough room for a big boy in there.. Buy a 1000w mh/hps and youl be growing killer plants
