What method produces the most? SoG, Scrog, stress training?

So Im looking to find a safer alternative to having abunch of bushes in the basement, Im currently using 5 gallon buckets but have thought about trying some wider/less tall pots and some new methods but the question I have is which produces the most and in the smallest amount of time? I have indica and sativas seeds ready so if ones particularly better for a certain method please do tell. Im using 2 400 watt mh/hps with 4 150w equivalent cfls. I might be getting another 400 undecided at this point. Questions on a couple of the methods how long does the stress training method take, and for sea of green what size pots would I use?

Not an expert but I was happy with LST. This grow I will be more proactive with after a good, easy first test. I am using a 3 gal pot (I think, it is 10" diameter). I used some smaller ones last time and I think the plants needed more depth. Scrog looks like a pain to water for my set up and SOG means more plants. If you ponder SOG, look at local laws to make sure number of plants isn't relevant legally, just in case that may weigh into your decision.

I like LST also--- SCROG results without the immobilization of the grow-- I can move the plants to clean, trim inspect etc...
Keep in mind- it also depends on the strain you are working with-- some do not WANT to produce multiple colas and won't do well if you try to force it...

i think this can be a very complicated question
i had a northern lights clone that i ran through several grows
i found LST did not produce quite as much as an untrained grow
i liked what the LST gave me, and it wasn't hard to do, but it wasn't the winner in the quantity category
