Looks like it could be either way. Have a close look where branch leaves main stem. If there is a little transparent white hair growing out shes a she. If that small bit of growth protruding the branches armpit starts to dangle over the next little while its a boy that needs to be killed.

Get that sevin dust off those plants. It is toxic. Sevin's active ingredient, carbaryl is in fact a potent neurotoxin and suspected carcinogen, and federal regulators are currently considering restricting its use. Stick with grower choices like Azamax , neem oil and such but MORE IMPORTANTLY read the label on use.
