what should be my light setup? on a budget please help!

ok so i currently have 1 plant but im going to get more soon. i ordered 10 tch bomb seeds and they are suposed to be here Friday. idk how many i should germ there not feminized. i have minimal space as you can see on my other thread. please give me advice on the best cheap light setup, on a budget of probly like 20 bucks. I know thats not alot but im hoping that will light up about 4 plants. thanks.

Not really a question here... Lol! The only thing you can do is buy as many cfl bulbs as you can afford Still gonna need more than 20 bucks... Sry
