I have 6 23watt spiral CFL's. and i have heard of people saying they braided some kind of wire to connect the CFL's to or something. Should i buy some sockets or is there somethin cheaper that i can use to power 6 23att CFL bulbs?

You can get those bathroom mirror sockets that hold like 4-8 CFL's, each bulb sits around 3inchs apart. Or get some V-sockets that hold 2 each. Peace

You can buy two-wire sockets at Lowes from $0.97 each to $2.77 each. Wire together with 12-16 guage wire and connect with wirenuts. Making a fixture frame out of pvc is also a piece of cake.

If you can follow me.. i took a 3 light fixture and it had 3 wires coming out of the back. At walmart i got a little plug looking thing but 3 prong, like the white one above, and it unscrewed in half. So inside it had 3 screws and you unscrew one and the hole gets bigger and then place the wire in and screw it tight. Do that for all three and plug in to socket.

Or go ghetto(my fan) cut an old extension cord and strip the wires and then twist the 3 wires to the corresponding wires and it should work.

sorry for the confusion hope i can help
