I have just started growing in soil. I really need someone to tell me what kind of nuts i should use and what the schedule should be.When should i turn from veg to flowing? Please answer me and dont complain if you cant. wot lights u have? dun give any nutes before the end of week 3 and thats if the soil is not pre-nuted... thats me first recomendation! wot soil u have? i feed on every 3-rd watering. i use 20-20-20 for veg and 5-30-5 for bloom! startin with 1/4 strenght, next time 1/2 and then BOOOOM :D hehehe...hope that helps! Im growing indoors, but what is the light cycle. I was thinking of getting Miracle Grow soil, Just natural soil. Is that 20-20-20 nute? and what do you mean 1/4 strength. They have 1/4 strength nuts? plz help man.

hehehe...okay man....here is the deal.... every fertilizer have solution of shits. the most important are Nitrogen, Phosphorus and Potassium. that is the fertilizer's NPK level. when ur in veg cycle u need high in N(Nitrogen) fert. when ur in bloom u need high in P(Phosphorus) fert. 20-20-20 is the level of my fertilizer. 1/4 means to dilute quorter of the quantity of the fert needed to be dilute in water for full strenght! u c??? as for da light cycles i prefer 24/0 for veg and 12/12 ofcourse for flowering :D

if you want to keep it simple...go to your local hydro shop and pick up fox farms grow big and tiger bloom, they have schedules mapped out for you.

oh man it's good for growin 10 plants :D hehehe!!! how long depends of how much is the height of the grow room u have... if u can afford 1 and a half meter monsters indoor then why the fuck not ?? :D hheheh...

Basic info... Stay away from Miracle Grow products till you've got some experience.. They have mostly pre-nuted, or moisture control.. these can be a problem to new growers.. plus YOU need to control these things to learn how to grow..... I use a 20-20-20 nute for veg.. ($7.00) any hardware, Wal*Mart..etc..start the 1st feedings at 1/4 strength of label instructions.. and increase slowly. (I only nute once a week or less).. always watching plant reactions.... for flower I'd use a 10-25-20 sort of ratio...
Lights..you can do 24 hrs straight or 18/6 for veg.....12/12 for flower..

Stupid question... but if i have 16-16-16 should that work or should i go buy some proper 20-20-20 at my local garden shop? also i have some 10-10-10 maybe just doubling the strength???

Thats fine.. For veg you need a high N (NPK)... I like the same values across the board for veg.. (my choice, you can do lower 2+3, PK) for flower you want low N, high P, and a slightly lower (then P) ..K... confused yet... ??? ya I know...brain pain... :):)

Thanks everyone! But what if I bought 2 100 watt hps? I mean the only expensive thing is the ballast. If you guys wanna throw any cheap websites at me plz do. What do you guys think about this bulb-- http://www.1000bulbs.com/100-Watt-HPS/1000/ and if that thing comes with it then do i need to buy a ballast? Ive already tried Cfl's and they dont grow efficiently at all. I really want to start using hps. Plz help

oh man u can grow very efficiently with cfls...Believe me! u will need a ballast with the bulb in the link fo shoo!
