What to expect with this mutation?

Ok that's polyploidism, specifically a "triploid" and yeah, as long as she doesn't grow out of it, you can expect 3 branches per internode and normally a much tighter flowering pattern.

In all honesty, I didn't notice the leaf pattern, I was looking for the curl. I've had triploids produce wonderfully but be careful of humidity in later flower. As dense as those flowers should be stacked high humidity swings can cause bud rot.

I actually have one now that only has one. Its one of my own crosses. It sprouted 2 weeks ago and only had one cotyledon and has been growing super slow but I think it will survive. All other seeds from that cross, cracked tail came out then died. This is the only survivor. Its a super pungent smelling MSG Auto by 20/20 crossed with photo GDP male pollen from 2014.

I would expect that one to grow out of it. It looks like you have some typical paired growth at the base. I hope she makes it.
