what vitamin are pills laying around the house to mix in with my tea

what vitamin can i mix in with my tea i heard that b 12 or b 6 is good and i think aspin but what pill that i have around the houe that i can mix in with the tea that will really help

vitamin b12 can help in very small doses but i wouldn't use asprin lol
