What wattage?

I am setting up a computer case grow box with CFL's, what is a good wattage to purchase? I am just going to the local home depot. Also, for 2 plants, instead of wattage, what would be a good lumen output? Thanks!

I'm going to go with 3 or 4 23 watt cfl's, I hope thats good...
