Do you have a fan under the canopy too?
Throw one in and let em be.
autos only have a limited time to do what they want don’t stress them with defoliation

Yeah I do have a fan under the canopy. It's not the best one so will get a better one.

As long as you have decent airflow in the tent they gonna be happy!

I always pick off leaves during my grow for airflow and light penetration. There's nothing wrong if done on healthy plants for the right reasons.
