What Would You Do?

In a 2'd x 3'w x 8'h closet
Soil only
unlimited budget


Just want to see what others would do before I make my decision.
I was thinking maybe 5' flower on bottom and 3ft veg on top (sog)


But what would YOU do?

I'd get either a 250 watt hps, or a 400 watt hps light and id grow about 4 nice plants.

I'm running in a similar space, 2 - 150W hps flowering 6 plants.

Been really happy with the results - here's what I take out every 2 weeks...

Kinda like what i did with my extra closet.

what do you mean "this is how much i take out every 2 weeks."

i have the same area and use a 400 HPS but you need good venting due to the heat. I normaly have 5-6 plants depending on size of plants. Veg for 4 weeks then 12/12

i really need to invest in a good extractor with filter but not sure what air i need to shift per hour in my space. 1.5mtr x 1mtr x 2mtr

I was thinking a 400 watt in an air cooled hood. Do you think that having the hood would be enough to control the heat?

It's a perpetual harvest rotation. A new plant goes in every 2 weeks.

Plant #1 just went into flower
plant #2 is 2 weeks old
#3 is 4 weeks
ect...

I have a small harvest every 2 weeks.

Hoods really help - though IMO I don't know if I'd go higher than a 400.
Depend on what your abient conditions would be I suppose.

but is there a chance the 400 will be too much in the tube? I was thinking these tubes eliminated just about all the heat??

does anyone use a 400 in a space as small as mine? (2'd x 3'w x 8'h)


Htg supply said I might be able to pull off a 600 in that space in a cooltube. Does anyone disagree cause it sounds a bit much but if it is possible i will benifit more from the 6 and the price diff is only like $10
