What would you do?

Im currently on my first grow and Im wondering what you guys think about sending my babies into flowering. I want to get a decent yeild but dont want them to get to big. I have 5' of room to grow in my tent. My biggest plant is 11" and the smallest being a bit over 8". They are all 31 days old. Half of them are Top44 and half Super Ice. Im going to attach a few pics but they are not the best quality. Let me know what you think.

I'd wait until they were about 2 feet. That should leave you enough room for them to flower.

I would wait till they are at least 12 inches or have 3-4 nodes if it was me.
