ok my friend which isnt me cause im legal is going to start a grow outside about 12 plants he lives with his parents but since he turned 21 his parents said he could grow
if a neighbor calls cops do you think they would come?
how serious is it if he gets caught

yeah he will go to jail if he dos''t have a card but if he lives in cali he could get a medical marijuana card like nothing just fallow how many plants you can grow in your county and there's no problem i can grow 6 plants in solano county
