whatgrow method is best? 600w 150mm extractor fan 2 m2

Hello im going to be building a grow room very soon its going to be 1m x 2m x 2m it will have to 600w digital ballasts with air cooled bulbs. a 150mm extractor fan and carbon filter. i will be growing in soil and i was wondering what method of growing would be best to get big quick yields? i was thinking of doing sea of green. any advice will be appreciated.

sorry but there is no such thing as quick yeilds.the only way to speed things up is to start with clones.this will eliminate the time spent germinating seeds, waiting for them to grow into an actual plant,figuring out wich are male or female,which should take about6-8 weeks for this proccess. and then finally you can put them into flowering which will go for another 8-12 weeks depending on the strain of the plant.with clones you take cuttings,root them, which should take no more than 2-3 weeks, then you can veg them for a while if you want or put them stait into flowering.just depends on how big you want them to get.the longer you veg for the bigger they will get, the shorter, the more compact they will be. bigger isn't always better though.but quality is a must.so dont let them overgrow there space or your yeild may suffer
