Whath happens if you FIM a plant wrong?

Hey, Yesterday (not even 24 hours ago) i fimmed of my plants since im just experimenting with them until i get the right equipment for a serious grow. I looked at them today and the tips of the leaves where i Fimmed is black, Is this anything to worry about? the whole bud isnt black just a very tinny part of it.

What happens if I FImmed wrong? will the top of the plant just stop growing?

it wont stop growing, you may not end up with 4 top colas if you did it wrong, i cut a hair to deep on my fim and ended up with 3 nice top colas and one small atrophied popcorn nug.

FIM literaly translates to Fuck I Missed there is no wrong,keep on growin good luck
